My daughter is only entering fourth grade, but we may still give it a try. The press release below doesn’t include a lot of information on the age range, but from reading the material on the site, it looks like it is geared towards middle schoolers. Today Khan Academy has launched Pixar in a Box, a behind-the-scenes look at animation. Unfortunately, a lot of the other topics are too advanced for her – she’s not quite ready for Organic Chemistry.

We have kept up with using it periodically over the summer and she has really shown progress in math. My daughter started using Khan Academy for math last school year.
